Our Policies
No Show/Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior, are subject to a $40 fee. This serves as notice that repeat missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice. If you have any questions, please call the office.
New Client Couples/Multiple Booking Policy
All new clients that would like to book for 2 or more people must prepay for the massages. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. If a situation arises more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointments, we will be happy to reschedule your appointments. Failure to call sooner or “no show” will result in the loss of your payment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are a great gift idea for any occasion. Everyone loves to relax and de-stress. All gift certificates expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
Spa Etiquette
At Associates Therapeutic Massage, we want your experience to be a pleasant one. Our atmosphere is a place of peaceful relaxation. We ask that you turn off your cell phone during your visit with us. We appreciate your courtesy for others.

Gratuity is not expected, but is always appreciated.
